<description>I give a couple of talks on writing family histories. Now, not to give away the ending or anything, but these talks usually end up with me urging people to do more research. Details! Context! And all that stuff. When a person starts to put things on paper, it&#039;s funny how gaps become much more obvious. It&#039;s a good thing to do -- in the same way that it is always good to do census extracts using forms. A reminder, an inspiration, or whatever.
