    It is a good article, and still timely.

    I think you blogged about the http://www.learnwebskills.com/family/ site some time ago – I know I did! I found this site to be the absolute best tool to introduce genealogy databases to researchers. We use it often in our computer group.

    I love the step-by-step part of it, and then the practice part is really good. You search for your own people, and the directions are in the left pane on the screen. Excellent web design, I think. It was so good that I stopped writing my own “how-to” guide for my society folks – I just refer to this site.
